Who is Kubic for?
Authorized designers and studios. Building permit documentation (A–D).
Does AI add facts I did not enter?
No. Floods, zoning, EIA, and similar topics only when explicitly filled in the form.
Is the output permit documentation?
No. It is a working draft. The designer is responsible for claims; it is not a substitute for a stamp.
What can I download?
PDF as a working draft. Export in the web demo leads to sign-in.
Do I have to register right away?
You can try the web demo without an account. Your own projects and PDF download require sign-in.
Does Kubic replace drawings?
No. Parts C and D are text and checklists, not CAD. You draw in your own tool.
